4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
  • Shahla Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the order, provided that the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and beauty products cannot be returned unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped by contacting our customer support team.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return policy.
