Shipping policy

1. Shipping Areas We currently ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Shipping Fees & Delivery Time

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (Eid, National Day, etc.).
  • Orders placed before 2 PM are usually processed the same day.

3. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
  • During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 7 days.

4. Shipping Partner We ship through reliable partners such as Aramex, SMSA, or Saudi Post.

5. Tracking You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is shipped.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is not delivered within 10 days, please contact us.
  • In case of lost or damaged packages, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.

3. شركات الشحن نتعامل مع شركات موثوقة مثل أرامكس، سمـسا، والبريد السعودي.

4. تتبع الشحنة ستتلقون رقم التتبع عبر رسالة نصية وبريد إلكتروني.

5. مشاكل التوصيل في حال تأخر الشحنة أو فقدانها، سنقوم بإرسال بديل أو استرداد كامل.
