Refund policy
1. Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

- Unopened products in perfect condition
- Damaged or defective products
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Sale items (unless defective)
4. Refund Process Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. How to Return Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. عملية الاسترداد سيتم إرجاع المبلغ خلال 5-7 أيام عمل بعد استلامنا للمنتج. رسوم الشحن غير مستردة.
5. كيفية الإرجاع يرجى التواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني مع رقم الطلبية. يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.
